Cooked Hearts of Palm Shopping List:
½ cup cubed salt pork
1 cup chicken broth
2 cups cubed heart of palm
Cooked Hearts of Palm Cooking Instructions:
1. Render salt pork in a Dutch oven. Add heart of palm and broth; simmer covered over medium heat until no liquid remains and heart of palm is tender.
2. Serve hot with Bechamel sauce.
3. Or cold with French dressing.
