Polish Beets

6 cooked beets, peeled
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon vinegar

1. Grate the beets. ½ teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon sugar ¼ teaspoon caraway seed ½ cup sour cream
2. Melt butter in a saucepan; add flour and blend. Stir in vinegar, salt, sugar, and caraway seed.
3. Add beets. Cook over high heat 2 or 3 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Serve at once.
