3 cups sliced cucumbers
Salt
ΒΌ cup chopped fresh di II or
2 tablespoons dill weed
1 cup sour cream or yogurt
1. Sprinkle cucumbers with salt. Let stand 30 minutes. Pat dry with paper towels.
2. Stir dill into sour cream. Add cucumbers; mix well.
