Cooked Corned Beef Brisket
6 medium-sized potatoes, pared
6 small whole white onions, peeled
1 pound small whole carrots, pared
2 pounds fresh Brussels sprouts, or 4 packages (10-ounces each) frozen Brussels sprouts
English Mustard Sauce

1. Bring the corned beef cooking liquid to boiling; add potatoes and onions and return to boiling. Cook 20 minutes. Add carrots and Brussels sprouts and return to boiling. Cook, partially covered, until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
2. Serve corned beef with the vegetables and English Mustard Sauce.
