1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1/4 cup Chicken Stock
2 teaspoons snipped parsley
1 teaspoon snipped fresh or
1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves
2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground white pepper
1. Measure all ingredients into a jar with a tight cover; shake vigorously. Refrigerate dressing until chilled. Shake before serving.
