Veal Chops Pizzaiola Shopping List:
¼ cup olive oil
6 veal rib or loin chops, cut about ½ inch thick
1 can (28 ounces) tomatoes, sieved
2 cloves garlic, sliced
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon chopped parsley

1. Heat oil in a large. heavy skillet. Add chops and brown on both sides.
