Tangy Cheese Dip Shopping List:

4 ounces Muenster cheese or other semisoft cheese, finely shredded (1 cup)
3 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
1 package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¾ cup beer (about)

Tangy Cheese Dip Preparing Instructions:

1. After shredding, let Muenster cheese stand at room temperature at least 1 hour.
2. Using an electric blender or food processor, blend cheeses and garlic. Gradually add enough beer to make a mixture of dipping consistency.
3. Serve at room temperature with crackers for dipping.
