Stuffed Celery Rings Shopping List:
1 medium bunch celery
Tangy cheese spread
French dressing
Stuffed Celery Rings Preparing Instructions:
1. Cut the top from bunch celery.
2. Wash and dry each stalk.
3. Fill smallest stalks with cheese spread, then fill next smallest stalks and press firmly against first stalks.
4. Continue filling and pressing stalks together until all the celery is formed into a bunch. Tie firmly with string; chill.
5. Slice crosswise into thin slices and serve on lettuce or watercress. Sprinkle with French dressing.
Note: If desired, use Roquefort spread instead of tangy cheese spread.
