1 carton (12 to 14 ounces) cottage cheese
½ cup sour cream
8 radishes, shredded
3 tablespoons sliced green onion
½ teaspoon salt Lettuce leaves Radish roses
Rye or French bread
1. Mix cottage cheese with sour cream. Add radishes, onion, and salt; toss to mix well.
2. Mound on lettuce leaves. Garnish with radish roses. Surround with bread.
