2 hard-cooked eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon prepared mustard or dill
¼ teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1. Press eggs through a sieve. Add sour cream and beat with a mixer at medium speed 3 minutes. Add mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Beat 1 minute at high speed.
2. Serve with ham or veal.
