½ cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
2 tablespoons olive oil (or more to taste)
¾ cup water
Juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, crushed in a garlic press
½ cup walnuts
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup sesame seed, toasted
1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients except sesame seed until smooth and milky white in color. Refrigerate.
2. Garnish with sesame seed. Serve with crackers or as a vegetable dip.
