Scrambled Eggs Deluxe Shopping List:
6 eggs
6 tablespoons milk, cream, or undiluted evaporated milk
¾ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 medium-size firm ripe tomato, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 cup ¼- to ½-inch croutons
Scrambled Eggs Deluxe Preparation Instructions:
1. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce together until blended. Stir in cheese.
2. Melt butter in wok over very low heat. Pour egg mixture into wok and cook over low heat. With a spatula , lift mixture from bottom and sides of wok as eggs cook, allowing uncooked portion to flow to bottom. Cook eggs until they are thick and creamy.
3. Before removing from heat , gently stir in tomato and croutons.
