½ pound natural Swiss cheese
French dressing
Bibb lettuce
Leaf lettuce
Watercress
Royal Swiss Cheese Salad Bowl Preparation Instructions:
1. Cut Swiss cheese into thin strips.
2. Put cheese into a shallow bowl and cover with French dressing.
3. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
4. Wash, discard bruised leaves from bibb lettuce, leaf lettuce, and watercress, drain thoroughly and pat dry (using as much of each green as desired).
5. Arrange bibb and leaf lettuce in a large salad bowl. Fill center with watercress. Put salad bowl into plastic bag or cover with aluminum foil. Chill in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
6. Drain marinated cheese strips. Arrange in salad bowl on both sides of watercress. Serve with additional French dressing.
