Rinktum Ditty with Beans

Rinktum Ditty with Beans Shopping List:

1 can condensed tomato soup
8 ounces sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 large white dried beans cups cooked and drained
Salt and pepper

Rinktum Ditty with Beans Preparation Instructions:

1. Heat soup, cheese, and seasonings over hot water in cooking pan of chafing dish.
2. When cheese is melted, quickly add beaten egg, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in the cooked, drained beans. Season to taste.
3. Heat over simmering water until piping hot and serve over crisp hot toast.

Note: If desired, cooked red or pinto beans may be substituted for white beans.
