Cooked Vegetables with Garlic Mayonnaise

1 cup french-cut green beans, cooked
1 cup green peas, cooked
4 artichoke hearts, cooked
1 cup broccoli pieces, cooked
1 cup cauliflowerets, cooked
Paprika
Garlic Mayonnaise
Parsley sprigs for garnish

1. Arrange vegetables in separate mounds in a serving dish, leaving a space in the center. Sprinkle with paprika.
2. Mound Garlic Mayonnaise in the center. Garnish with parsley.
