Sea Food Sauce

1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons anchovy paste
2 tablespoons chili sauce
2 tablespoons tarragon
Vinegar
1/4 cup tomato ketchup
Lemon juice and pepper, if needed

Combine ingredients, chill and serve.
