1 cup Mint Jelly
1 1/2 cups water
1 1/4 cups sugar
1. Melt mint jelly in double boiler and beat with egg beater.
2. Boil water and sugar together 10 minutes and add to mint jelly.
3. Chill and pour over grapefruit sections.
MAKES 2 1/2 CUPS
