Northwest Fruit Slaw

1 can (16 ounces) light sweet cherries
1 can (16 ounces) dark sweet cherries
3 fresh Anjou, Bose, or Cornice pears
2 cups finely shredded cabbage
Creamy Fruit Mayonnaise
Lettuce

1. Drain cherries and remove pits. Reserve a few cherries for garnish. Core and dice 1 pear. Core and slice remaining pears into wedges for garnish.
2. Combine cabbage, cherries, and diced pear. Add Creamy Fruit Mayonnaise and toss lightly to coat fruit and cabbage.
3. Line a serving bowl with lettuce and spoon in salad. Garnish with pear wedges and reserved cherries.
