Guacamole II

2 large ripe avocados
3 tablespoons lemon juice 1 medium tomato
1 slice onion
1 small green chi Ii
1 small clove garlic, minced 1/e teaspoon coriander
Salt

1. Halve avocados, peel, remove pits, and cut avocado into pieces. Put into an electric blender with lemon juice.
2. Peel, halve, and seed tomato. Add to blender along with onion, chili, garlic, coriander, and salt to taste. Blend.
3. Serve as a dip with corn chips, cauliflowerets, and carĀ­rot and celery sticks.
