Chicken and Grapes

6 tablespoons butter
2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut in pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
3 scallions, chopped
1 cup dry white wine
Clusters of seedless white grapes
½ teaspoon paprika

1. Melt butter in a skillet. Add chicken and brown. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer chicken to a casserole.
2. Add scallions to the skillet and cook until browned. Add wine and heat. Pour over the chicken. Cover.
3. Bake at 350°F 30 minutes. Remove cover. Add grapes and bake an additional 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika.
