Brunch Egg Casserole Shopping List:

2 cups unflavored croutons
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 cups milk
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon prepared mustard
Dash pepper
8 bacon slices, cooked, drained, and crumbled

Brunch Egg Casserole Cooking Instructions:

1. Combine croutons and cheese. Place in bottom of a 10×6-inch baking dish.
2. Lightly beat together eggs, milk, salt, onion powder, mustard, and pepper. Pour over crouton-cheese mixture. Sprinkle bacon over top.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 325° F 55 to 60 minutes, or until set. Serve with broiled tomato halves.
