Tuna in a Cucumber Shopping List:
1 can (7 oz.) tuna
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon pickle relish 3 small cucumbers
Tuna in a Cucumber Preparing Instructions:
1. Thoroughly blend first 7 ingredients together. Chill.
2. Core the cucumbers to remove centers.
3. Stuff tuna mixture into cavities and chill.
4. Slice and serve on assorted crackers.
