3 cups raw bite-size pieces broccoli spears
½ cup Low-Fat Yogurt
½ teaspoon freshly groundpepper
2 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 large carrot, cut in thin slices
Mix broccoli with yogurt, salt, and pepper. Spoon mixture on 4 salad plates. Sprinkle tops of salads with cheese; arrange carrot slices around salads.
