Olive Canapes Shopping List:
1 pound Greek olives, pitted
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 hard-cooked eggs, mashed
Pinch dry mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed in a garlic press
Pepper to taste
Egg yolks, hard-cooked and chopped for garnish
Scallions (green part), minced for garnish
Olive Canapes Preparing Instructions:
1. Put olives and olive oil into a blender; puree. Blend in remaining ingredients except yolks and scallions.
2. Serve on crackers, or mound in a dish and serve crackers separately. Garnish with egg yolks and scallions.
