Mushroom Sauce

1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 cup chicken or meat broth or bouillon
3 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons melted butter
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice Salt and pepper

1. Simmer mushrooms with onion in bouillon 15 minutes.
2. Blend flour into batter. Stir into mushrooms. Bring to boiling, stirring.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
