Madeira Sauce II

1 cup Chicken Stock
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Madeira wine
1 tablespoon arrowroot
Cold water
1 tablespoon snipped parsley

1. Heat stock, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and Madeira in a small saucepan.
2. Mix arrowroot with a little cold water; stir into stock mixture. Simmer, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 3 minutes). Stir in parsley. Serve immediately.
