Half-and-Half Canapes Shopping List:
½ cup flaked cooked salmon
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
8 toast rounds
3 tablespoons softened butter
½ cup mashed avocado
8 strips pimiento
Half-and-Half Canapes Preparing Instructions:
1. Mix salmon, mayonnaise, ½ tablespoon lemon juice, salt and pepper.
2. Spread toast rounds with softened butter.
3. Spread half of each round with salmon mixture, the other half with avocadb mixed with remaining lemon juice.
4. Mark the division with a pimiento strip.
