German Beer Cheese

German Beer Cheese Shopping List:

½ pound Cheddar cheese
½ pound Swiss cheese
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 small garlic clove, mashed
½ cup beer (about)

German Beer Cheese Preparing Instructions:

1. Shred cheeses finely. Or put through a meat grinder, using finest blade.
2. Add Worcestershire sauce, dry mustard, garlic, and enough beer to make a mixture of spreading consistency.
3. Turn into a 3-cup rounded bowl or mold; pack firmly. Chill. Unmold and serve at room temperature with small rye rounds or crackers.
