Flybanes Shopping List:

8 hard-cooked eggs
4 small tomatoes Salt and pepper
Mayonnaise
Lettuce

Flybanes Preparing Instructions:

1. Peel the eggs. Cut off both ends so eggs will stand even­ly. Stand the eggs on a small tray; they will serve for mushroom stems.
2. Cut the tomatoes in halves lengthwise. Remove cores. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put each tomato half over an egg as a mushroom cap. Dot the caps with mayonnaise. Garnish the tray with lettuce.
