Fish Fondue Shopping List:

12 frozen fish sticks
1 pound mussels (shelled and cooked)
½ pound shrimp (cleaned and cooked)
½ pound lobster meat (cleaned and cooked)
1 quart vegetable (or peanut) oil

Batter
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt

Dip
6 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk

Dill mustard sauce
¼ cup beef broth
3 tablespoons dry mustard
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon dill

Tartar Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
½ teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons pickle relish

Chili Sauce
¼ cup ketchup
2 tablespoons chili sauce

Fish Fondue Preparing Instructions:

1. Heat oil in fondue pot to 375° F.
2. Spear bite-sized fish and dip fish first into egg-milk mix­ture, then roll in flour batter.
3. Dip fish carefully into hot oil and cook until golden brown, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4. Remove from fondue fork, dip in sauce and enjoy.
