Crab Meat Quiche

Crab Meat Quiche Shopping List:

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 eggs
1 cup half-and-half
½ teaspoon salt
Dash ground red pepper
¾ cup (3 ounces) shredded
Gruyere cheese
1 tablespoon flour
1 can (7½ ounces) Alaska King crab, drained and flaked

Crab Meat Quiche Preparing Instructions:

1. Prick bottom and sides of pie shell. Bake at 450 ° F 10 minutes, or until delicately browned.
