1 package 15 minute chicken marinade
1 cup cold water
1 broiler-fryer (2½ to 3 pounds), cut in half
1. In a shallow pan, thoroughly blend chicken marinade and water. Place well-drained chicken in marinade; turn, pierce all surfaces of chicken deeply with fork. Marinade only 15 minutes, turning several times. Remove chicken from marinade and arrange skin side up in a shallow ungreased pan just large enough to accommodate the chicken.
2. Bake uncovered, at 425°F for 45 to 55 minutes, until thoroughly cooked.
