½ cup chopped onion
¼ cup chopped green pepper
2 tablespoons shortening
1 can (12 ounces) corned beef, cut up
¾ cup water
1 ½ cups ketchup
1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, thawed
1 ½ cups (about 6 ounces) shell macaroni, cooked and drained
1. Saute onion and green pepper in shortening in a skillet. Stir in remaining ingredients. Put into a 2-quart casserole.
2. Bake, covered, at 350°F 30 minutes, or until heated through.
