Cinnamon Waldorf Molds

1/3 cup red cinnamon candies
3 cups water
2 packages (3 ounces each) cherry-flavored gelatin
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 cups chopped celery
2 cups chopped unpared red apples
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Lettuce

1. Heat cinnamon candies and water to boiling in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add gelatin and lemon juice; stir until gelatin and candies are dissolved.
2. Chill until slightly thickened.
3. Mix in celery, apples, marshmallows, and walnuts. Spoon into 6 to 8 individual fancy molds or turn into a 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm.
4. Unmold onto lettuce.
