Cheddar Beer Omelet Shopping List:
1/3 cup beer
¼ teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon Tabasco
6 eggs
½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
2 to 3 tablespoons butter
Cheddar Beer Omelet Preparation Instructions:
1. Combine beer, salt, and Tabasco in a bowl. Add eggs
to mixture and beat with a rotary beater only until well blended
, do not beat until frothy.
2. Place 1 tablespoon butter, more if needed, in a wok and
heat. Pour in half the egg mixture and stir rapidly with a
fork until mixture begins to set.
3. Sprinkle with half the cheese. When omelet is cooked
but top is still moist , fold over both sides of omelet towards
center and place on a warm platter while making other
omelet.
