½ cup cottage cheese
½ avocado, peeled and cut in pieces
1 tablespoon grated fresh onion
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco
¾ cup chopped cooked chicken
¼ cup chopped celery
Party rye bread slices, toasted and buttered

Avocado Rye Rounds Preparing Instructions:
1. Put cottage cheese and avocado into an electric blender or a bowl and blend or beat until fairly smooth. Blend in onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco. Stir in chicken and celery. Cover; chill several hours or overnight.
2. To serve, spread about 1 tablespoon avocado mixture on each rye toast slice. Garnish with pimento.
