Avocado Cocktail Dip

1 large ripe avocado
2 teaspoons lemon juice 1 small slice onion
¼ cup mayonnaise
6 drops of Tabasco
Salt to taste
Potato chips

1. Halve and peel avocado, reserving 1 shell. Cube avocado and put into container of an electric blender. Add lemon juice, onion, mayonnaise, Tabasco, and salt. Proc­ess until pureed.
2. To serve, pile avocado mixture into reserved shell; place on a serving dish and surround with potato chips for dipping.
