Appetizer Puffs Shopping List:

1 cup beer
½ cup butter or margarine
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour 4 eggs

Appetizer Puffs Preparing Instructions:

1. Heat beer, butter, and salt to boiling in a saucepan.
2. Add flour at once. Beat vigorously with a wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth ball.
3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until smooth.
4. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
5. Bake at 450° F 10 minutes. Turn oven control to 350°F and bake 5 to 10 minutes more, or until lightly browned and puffed.
6. Cool. Split and fill with desired filling.
